Future projects

We are always looking for opportunities to create aspirational new homes from existing properties. These can range from small flats to large homes or commercial buildings.

Our target areas are Surrey (both within and beyond the M25) and the northern reaches of Hampshire, so please get in touch if you know of anyone who might be interested in talking to us.

We like to work with private individuals or groups who choose to invest in specific projects with us. That helps us to strengthen local ties by providing more jobs as we take on more projects, and it also means we can keep costs down in offering quality homes at an affordable price.
