We have a growing demand from professional tenants for high quality fully furnished rooms located near to their workplaces inside or outside the M25 in Surrey, or along the East Sussex coastline.  

We are always looking for good quality properties and landlords who are happy to release their properties on a 3-5 year basis.  

All of the properties under our control offer fully furnished rooms - some of which are en-suite, have well equipped kitchens and good co-living space. The bills are all inclusive, covering the utilities, WiFi and council tax. The  properties all have communal facilities and dining furniture, flatscreen TVs. Cleaning and gardening staff are always appointed to ensure our properties are maintained at a high level.  

For landlords, we simply aim to take all the stress and hassle away:   

*No more time consuming recruitment of tenants  

*No more problem tenants or late night/weekend 'emergencies' to deal with. 

*No more letting agent fees for management contacts or new AST agreements.  

We are looking for long term lets (at least 3 years) and will happily offer landlords guaranteed rent and no worries over voids.
