Oakwood Grange is a gated development of large apartments in the much sought after Oatlands area of Weybridge. All 3 apartments offered over 1,000 square feet in space and they were gutted and remodelled to offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with smart home provision and open plan living. 

The finance for this project was drawn from both commercial lending and private investor funds.
